Who are we and why are we doing this?
Cosplay BARCON isn’t just an event.
It’s a convention where, for one day, the town of Bar turns into a multiverse smoothie.

Cosplay BARCON was created so anyone could step out of their role — and into another one.
- Want to cosplay? — Take the stage.
- Don’t want to? — Draw, watch, take part in quizzes.
- Just love the vibe of fandom spaces? — Welcome! Hang out with people like you.
There’ll be breaks for chatting, sketch battles, TikTok filming, singing songs (good and questionable) from 2016 and beyond — so even if you show up without a costume, you won’t escape falling into the abyss of joy.
Who is this con for?
For everyone who has ever:
- Said: “I could totally cosplay if I had the materials and motivation”
- Doodled fan art in notebook margins, in their head, to music or in silence, with a finger, stylus, or mouse — gently scribbling in the name of tradition
- Loves video games, comics, anime, shows, and animated projects
- Or maybe you just want to have a day where you can dress up as your favourite anime girlie...

Entry fee: €8.
- Entry to the con is free and open to everyone.
- We strongly encourage you to register in advance — it helps us plan stages, timing, and goodies.
- Registration is mandatory for contest participation (online or on-site before 16:00).

- We value respect and a friendly atmosphere. “Conflict behavior” is only allowed as part of a scene or roleplay — please stay mindful.
- Aggression, harassment, toxicity, and disrespect are strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to remove rule-breakers without refund.
👘 Cosplay and Costumes
- We don’t judge by budget or skill — all cosplay is valid.
- You may join solo or group categories.
- Original characters, fem-versions, casual looks, art/game-inspired adaptations are all allowed.
- Real weapons, sharp objects, fire, or pyro are not allowed.
- Prop weapons are OK if they’re safe for others.
- 📌 Costume is not required to attend! Come as a guest, artist, or cheerleader.
📸 Photo & Video
- You’re welcome to take pictures and videos with respect for others.
- Always ask before photographing someone — especially cosplayers.
- If someone asks not to be filmed — respect their request.
🎭 Contest Participation
- You may enter multiple categories.
- For group contests, list your team in advance.
- Skits up to 3 minutes. No vulgarity, politics, or drama.
- Top acts will be awarded by category + crowd favorite prize.
- 📌 Just want to walk in costume? You’re welcome in the runway without competing!
🎨 Art & Sketch Zone
- Respect others' creativity.
- You can sketch in the art area, join contests, or exhibit your work.
- We’ll provide paper and pencils — or bring your own gear.
